One of our philosophies at Capital MMA & Elite Fitness is that athletes progress faster when they are provided with competitive opportunities which match their current level.  Our Muay Thai exhibition smokers give our striking athletes — as well as practitioners from other East Coast schools — with a gateway to amateur and professional Muay Thai events.   We are one of the few schools in the DMV which does this.

Next up, three of our amateur fighters will compete at Rise Muay Thai on April 20th at the Thurgood Marshall Center in Washington, D.C.  After that Amine Ballafrikh will defend his North American professional Muay Thai title at Lion Fight 56 at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, CT.
